PUENTE Learning Center (“PUENTE”) respects the privacy of our visitors, constituents, and donors. We do not share your information with any other organizations or companies. Any personal information you provide is voluntary, and we do not require you to register in order to view our site.

PUENTE collects donor information and keeps a record of each donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is also used by PUENTE’s Development department to make more accurate budget projections. In addition, we may collect your name, email address, and other contact information if you register for an event. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, and payment information when you make a contribution, either on our website, over the phone, or by mail. We will not sell, trade, or share your personal information. We will not send you mailings on behalf of other organizations. We will only share your personal information if you provide us with specific permission to do so. When making a donation, donors may give PUENTE permission to list them in its publications either by name or as an anonymous donor. Donors may request to not be solicited in the future. Donors may request to not receive mailings such as our newsletters. PUENTE reserves the right to change this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will note the date of the last update at the bottom of this policy. For changes to this policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of your personally identifiable information, we will obtain your consent before implementing the change by sending a notice to your primary email address and home address specified in our records, as well as by placing a prominent notice on our website.
NO COMPUTER TRACKING OF IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Although PUENTE does not monitor your personal activity on our site, we do track aggregated, anonymous user data to evaluate the effectiveness of our web site and help us improve our service. DONATION REFUND POLICY
If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to PUENTE Learning Center, we will honor your request for a refund when it is made within 15 days of your donation. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
